nick and tupac shakur share the same birthday. i remember when tupac performed at nick's 6th grade birthday party. he kept it clean and took requests. i bet you didn't know that tupac played the guitar and had the voice of an angel when he sang "you were meant for me" by jewel. he loved blues traveler as well, but had trouble with the harmonica parts. you might be asking yourselves, "how does neric know 2pac?" nick and i were extras on one of tupac's first films, "juice." that explains how we met omar epps as well. we were going to start a rap group, 2neric, or nericpac, but never got around to it. omar epps was going to be in it as well. tupac was busy with his own rap career, and nick and i were busy with elementary school. i think i remember omar saying, "i just got the willie mays hayes part in major league II. i can't pass up an opportunity to act in a film alongside charlie sheen and tom berenger," and he didn't. i miss tupac. i thought i saw him in lon's cookin' shack eating hush puppies the other day. i need to quit thinking such thoughts. it only makes it harder.
